CHECK IN - PUSH DAY
It’s been a while since a check in. To be honest, I’ve been lacking in confidence after putting on the lbs trying to balance work, socialising and gym, post lockdown.
Feel pretty shitty as my insta seems to be a timeline of me getting out of shape, not in shape 🙄
But I’ve finally started committing to weights again, training like I used to, starting off with push day. This has always been my favourite day, feeling strong and being able to see quick progress.
I am starting the @shreddy gym lean guide to keep me motivated with weight training. Having not been the gym in months and months due to lockdown like most people, I’ve felt lost picking up the weights again. Hoping this guide will help get my mojo back 🙌💪
